RPS has over 40 years of senior management experience within the large infrastructure, Steel/Power Plant construction, mining, heavy earth works, railways, highways construction & maintenance works in public and private organizations in India.
Most recently with Ashoka Buildcon Limited as a Senior General Manager (Maintenance) he managed a wide highway network & later tutored Highway Professionals at Indian Academy of Highway Engineers (IAHE) as an empaneled Faculty.
Rajendra holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering and has been an advisor to many construction engineering companies in India particularly those in the highway construction and management.

Manish is a Member of the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) and a Chartered Quality Professional registered with IRCA as Quality Management Systems Lead Auditor, A trained ISO 14001:2015 & ISO45001:2018 Lead Auditor. Across the last 15 years, he has amassed expertise in many sectors including Oil & Gas, Utilities and Manufacturing – working at various locations in the Middle East and Asia – most recently as a Project Management Consultant in Kuwait. Manish holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from SLIET, is a Six Sigma Green Belt (ISI, Mumbai) and he successfully completed the CQI and IRCA Professional Certificate in Quality Management, He also holds Postgraduation in Data Science & Business Analytics (PGP-DSBA) from McCombs School of Business, The University of Texas at Austin, United States. With TAG he helps organizations implement ISO Management System Standard such as ISO 9001:2015, Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 14001:2015, Environmental Management System (EMS) ISO 45001:2018, Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS)
